How to Order ?

Please read through our T&C carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you have agreed to be bound by our rules set. Thank You!

Step 1:

Send us the detail : Name / Item / Colour / Email Address/ Postage Address to appleloveberry@hotmail.com

Step 2:

After we received your order, a reply via email from appleloveberry will state whether or not the item is available. If it is available,  appleloveberry will provide our bank details & reserve your goods for a maximum period of 48 hours until we receive your payment. If payment is not made within the 48 hours period, the item(s) will be automatically released to the next pending customer without prior notice.

Step 3:

We currently only accept PUBLIC BANK transfer, regardless of ATM or online transfer.
Notify us that you had already made the payment by emailing us with the details below:

via Online Transfer
A transaction receipt needed with the details of your Name of the Bank/Name Holder of the Bank/Time/Date/Amount/Reference No as for our reference

via ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit/Bank In
A transaction receipt needed with the details of your Name of the Bank/Name Holder of the Bank/Bank Branch/Time/Date/Amount/Reference No as for our reference. A full page and color picture of the receipt is needed to avoid fraud payment.

Forward us the banking transaction details if via online banking as proof of payment so that we can confirm your payment and proceed with delivering the goodies.

Step 4:

You may check the tracking number on the blog. If your parcel seems to take more than 2 days to arrive,  track it via http://www.pos.com.my/
